Article 10 titled \"Information Obligation of the Data Controller\" of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (\"KVKK\"), which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data and the Communiqu\u00e9 on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Information Obligation.
